Grumbacher Pre-tested Professional Oil Paint, Lamp Black, is made with pure pigments milled in alkali-refined linseed oil. Lamp Black is an intense, cool Jet Black masstone with equally cool under tones. This oil paint is derived from soot and makes cool Grays when mixed with White. Lamp Black is one of the most ancient pigments known.
