Grumbacher Acrylic Medium & Varnish – (8oz/236ml) Matte

Excellent for mixed media applications, the acrylic matte medium and varnish has myriad uses. Traditionally this medium is mixed with acrylic paint for smoother brush strokes and a uniform satiny-matte finish, or as a final matte varnish. This medium thins with water and can also be used for glazing, as an adhesive, in thick applications in molds or armatures for a flexible, plastic-like effect, and in papier mache projects. This is the ideal primer for oil painting on vellum. Dries clear, is flexible and water resistant when dry. Available in 8 ounce jars. Made in the USA.
