Gamblin Artist’s Oil Colors – (5.07oz/150ml) Burnt Umber

Gamblin Artists Oils use a binder of alkali-refined linseed oil. This binder results in a strong, flexible paint film, which does not yellow as much as cold pressed linseed oil. Made with the finest refined linseed oils, each color retains the unique characteristics of the high quality pigments, including tinting strength, undertone, and texture. 

Burnt Umber: Vigorous drier due to high manganese content. Burnt Umber is useful as an underpainting drawing color. Because of high oil content, use thinly in under layers.
